We ensure the quality of our candidates through proven methods and tools, as well as personal meetings where we assess their experience, leadership style, and competencies. We always collect references for candidates selected for an assignment, and we conduct background checks when required.

Yes, our business terms and conditions allow you to employ the Interim Manager on a permanent basis against the payment of a fee to us.

AXON INTERIM usually presents you with 2-3 well-qualified candidates for an assignment with you. This ensures you pre-qualified profiles that match the need and the task, rather than a random candidate that you find via your network.

You can choose between several candidates and can compare price and quality, i.e. assess the price in relation to the level of competence and experience that the candidates bring.

Finally, with our model and candidates, you are protected in relation to the tax and employment law risks that may arise if you take a random candidate who comes through the door.

We and our Interim Managers always operate with strict confidentiality and in accordance with our values and all applicable laws, including GDPR. Through NDAs and our contract framework, we ensure full confidentiality — from initial candidate conversations to the final agreement, meaning before, during, and after the interim period. This creates maximum security and peace of mind for both the client and the Interim Manager.

We always collect references for an Interim Manager who has been selected by a client for an assignment. Many of our Interim Managers have worked with us before, to the great satisfaction of both our clients and ourselves. When required, we can also offer a comprehensive personality assessment conducted by our professional partner.

If an assignment, against expectations, does not proceed as planned, there is a termination clause — typically with two months’ notice depending on the assignment. Should this occur, we will of course assist in finding a highly qualified replacement.

All Interim Managers associated with AXON INTERIM are covered by our professional liability insurance.

The price of a professional Interim Manager depends on the nature of the assignment — including the position in question and the duration of the engagement. Together, we review the company’s specific needs and challenges, and AXON INTERIM then sets a realistic fee level that attracts the right profiles for the assignment.

No, we do not use start-up fees. We only invoice for the actual number of working days delivered by our Interim Manager. We have no hidden fees or additional charges.
